Deposits Better Than Money

I wanted to stay in bed again this morning, but I always remember that my days are substantially better when I get my butt at the gym. Because this is YOUR time. Time to leave everything else at home, work, or even out of your head. Time to take care of YOU. Even if you already feel "alright." Doctors always tell you to continue to take the medicine even if you feel better. Because the full treatment will lower the risk of getting worse and the amount future recurrences. Or think of making deposits as you would in a bank account. These are daily deposits into your fitness, overall health/well-being, and happiness. Because rent always comes due, and it's inevitable something will try to knock you off your feet. But if you made daily deposits the withdrawal may not hurt as bad. And in the long run, you'll have more saved than taken away from you overall. Nobody will be upset they were able to gain days if not years, to their life, right?
